Data in FrankfurtEverything is stored with Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt data centre (EU). There is no server of our own that could be forgotten or hacked.
Sign-in without a passwordWith a passkey via Face ID or Touch ID, otherwise with a code by email. Accounts by invitation only. The iPhone app can also be locked with Face ID.
EncryptedAlways HTTPS in transit, encrypted at rest. Access to Google and Oura is additionally protected with its own key, bound to your account.
Everyone sees only their ownEvery entry belongs to your account. The service only reads what belongs to your sign-in – tests check this for every kind of data with every change.
Backed upThe database can be restored to any point in the last 35 days, files keep earlier versions for 30 days. Key building blocks are protected against accidental deletion.
MonitoredAlarms report errors and outages immediately. The number of requests is limited, public paths even more strictly.
Carefully releasedChanges only go live after automatic tests – without stored access keys, with fixed checksums for all building blocks.
You are in controlDownload everything at any time, disconnect Google and Oura, delete your account and all data.
