What you see
- GroupsHome, friends, running club – as many as you like, each with its own name. Invitations go out by email.
- Permissions per person and areaSleep yes, lab no: “on | off” for every area. Free text and comments are shared separately, the Oura ring's night values only with recovery.
- View, never editWhoever may see something switches to you at the top of every page – your health data read-only, never editable. Revoking takes effect immediately.
- Shared task listsGroceries, household, holidays: one list for the group – everyone adds, ticks off and sees who is responsible.
- Share externallyA time-limited link for someone without an account – with the areas and time span you choose, a 6-digit code and a lock after wrong attempts. You see every visit.
