Only you. In a group, others see only the areas you share with each person – read only, and you can take it back any time. Task lists and note folders you share with a group can be changed by all members.
Which devices work?
The web app runs in any current browser. The iPhone app (iOS 17 or later, currently via TestFlight) reads your values from Apple Health – so also from an Apple Watch, scales or blood pressure monitors that write there. You connect the Oura ring and your Google Calendar directly. There is no Android app; the web app works in the browser.
Is Kenk.io medical advice?
No. Kenk.io shows your values, doesn’t rate them and makes no diagnosis. It is not a medical device – please have anything unusual checked by a doctor. More under Transparency.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Under Account → Data you can download everything as a file at any time or create a PDF report.
How do I delete my account?
Under Account → Data → “Delete account and all data”. The database backup keeps deleted data for up to 35 days, then it is gone for good.
